Born and raised in the Irmo/Columbia area, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the neighborhoods, schools, and sense of community that make the Midlands feel like home. I have lived in Lexington but now live in Irmo, and am proud to be a product of Lexington/Richland District 5 schools. I later graduated from the University of South Carolina—Go Gamecocks!—and have built my career right here where it all started.Before transitioning into real estate, I gained valuable experience in both retail and corporate sales—developing a strong foundation in communication, negotiation, and client service. That experience taught me how to truly listen and advocate for people, which now helps me guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate journey.Today, I combine that professional background with experience in real estate appraisal—bringing a detail-driven, market-savvy approach to each transaction. Whether analyzing market values or helping clients find just the right fit, I’m all about delivering insight, integrity, and results.Outside of work, I enjoy life in Irmo with my wife, Sarah, and our son. We love spending time exploring the community, cheering on the Gamecocks, and making the most of everything this area has to offer.
